Bed lower body stretch

If the bed yoga sequence is not in your wheelhouse today, or yet, then you may like this on the bed lower body stretch option.

A suggested 10 minute practice using these stretches

  • Reclined child's pose (knees to chest) 2 minutes
  • Single leg to chest 1 minute
  • Glute stretch (single leg pull over) 1 minute
  • Single leg to chest (other side) 1 minute
  • Glute stretch 1 minute
  • Finish with corpse pose (or sleeping pose) with or without a cushion under your knees 4 minutes
