I was too exhausted and trying so hard just to live to have the ability to research and properly experiment with the options.
It took me a very long time and a lot of trial and error to get to where I am now - thriving despite fibromyalgia. I want to try and help you reduce your journey.

In 2019 she got sick and tired of trying classes labeled as for "beginners" or for "when you're in pain" and finding them all out of reach.
