Who are we learning from?
I am a Fibromyalgia, Mindfulness and Yoga Coach who has practiced mindfulness for several years now. I have meditated every day for nearly five years. I began meditating because I was desperate for a way to attain some rest while battling insomnia, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and had a new baby who didn't like to sleep! Since then I have devoured the research and practiced all different types of mindfulness and meditation.
I have been fighting fibromyalgia for more than a decade and have taken myself from miserable to thriving despite chronic pain, fatigue and insomnia. I realised that I had to take the fight into my own hands and since then I have improved my quality of life dramatically. It is my mission to help you do the same.
This might be free but it is VALUABLE (I could easily charge for this course) if you take these tools and USE them. Commit to yourself. Mindfulness is proven to HELP us manage (and it's actually research-backed to help so many different types of people, including those of us with chronic pain and fatigue). It's not going to cure us but it will give us just a little bit of relief.
I create these tools because I want you to have tools in your symptom management toolkit that can give you a little bit of relief.
So take them and use them today.
