Who are we learning from?

I am a Fibromyalgia, Mindfulness and Yoga Coach who has practiced mindfulness for several years now. I have meditated every day for nearly five years. I began meditating because I was desperate for a way to attain some rest while battling insomnia, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and had a new baby who didn't like to sleep! Since then I have devoured the research and practiced all different types of mindfulness and meditation.

I have been fighting fibromyalgia for more than a decade and have taken myself from miserable to thriving despite chronic pain, fatigue and insomnia. I realised that I had to take the fight into my own hands and since then I have improved my quality of life dramatically. It is my mission to help you do the same.
