Do I need special props?

I practice in my lounge using household props specifically to show you what it will be like when you practice. Cushions/pillows/blankets etc. should all be available in your house.

Let’s be real: The level of benefit depends on the amount of effort you put in. I can give you the tools, the information and support, but I cannot do the work for you.

I am a coach and yoga teacher, not a medical professional and I can’t guarantee more than that I will make the best resources I can, come alongside you and help you do the work – and I will do this! I have created the best content possible to equip you on your journey. Because that is the most anyone can do. Day to day, it’s on you.

Disclaimer, who's in charge?

You are! You are always in charge of your body. Please check in with your medical team. Continually check in with yourself. And ask questions. This is a course not a live class, and as such I cannot see you, except for what you share. Plus, even in a class the teacher doesn't know what you are experiencing so you are always in charge.

Do I need to check with my physical therapist/doctor?

Yes please, you do need to be cleared to exercise. It is a good idea to run the idea of doing yoga by your medical professional if you are dealing with current symptoms.

I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, with a restorative teacher certification, thousands of hours of personal practice and research specializing in taking the tools of yoga and using them for chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia and more.

I live and breathe this stuff. I have used the tools yoga offers to improve my quality of life - with chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia and central nervous system over-activation. This is my passion and my mission - to share these tools with you, wherever you are in your health journey.
