I was too exhausted and trying so hard just to live to have the ability to research and properly experiment with the options.

It took me a very long time and a lot of trial and error to get to where I am now - thriving despite fibromyalgia. I want to try and help you reduce your journey.

Why should we learn about sleep?

Sleep is a huge problem for most people with fibromyalgia. Pain and insomnia can form a vicious cycle. Tackling sleep is the best way to improve all symptoms.

Sleep improves energy, decreases pain, alleviates brain fog, regulates weight and more!

In this micro course we will learn:

  • The sleep problem in fibromyalgia
  • Sleep hygiene
  • Natural sleep help
  • To make your own sleep plan and make a better sleep environment
  • To make your own mindful sleep routine to help improve your sleep

We will do this through:

Videos (easy to digest, short videos), handouts with written notes, special templates to help you make your sleep hygiene plan and track your sleep improvements and a quiz to test your knowledge.

This stuff is powerful, it might be a "micro" course and easily accessible (on your phone, tablet, computer, in bed, on the couch etc) but it is important knowledge.

Who am I learning from?

A mama, fibro fighter, Fibromyalgia and Meditation Coach who is passionate about natural health and wellness and has a mission to help you reduce your journey to better wellness despite fibromyalgia.

I have personally improved my sleep and worked with clients to help them improve theirs. I am somewhat passionate about sleep (read: extremely so) because it is the key to everything. Ask me how psyched I am every day to sleep better!
