15 minutes seated & supine multi-use

This your 15 minute multi-use restorative yoga routine. Combining a few very restful poses to help you rest and relax whenever you need it.

Times it might be nice to do:

  • You want a few poses but not really long holds
  • You have 15 minutes in the day
  • Right before bed
  • If you have not slept well and are not ready to face the day yet
  • In a flare
  • In a "I am struggling today and need a few moments to myself" mood

You will need: Two bolsters/pillows/thick cushions.
